I’m Looking for a Surveillance Camera System for My Home

Are there any affordable surveillance alert systems you can buy for your home were you don’t have to pay a monthly subscription fee? I have considered the Alert Me system but without the continuing cost and perhaps cheaper.

I would also like to be notified by text or email if there is a break in. Is this even possible?

Do they make fully automatic surveillance cameras that auto focus and adjust?
